Ingredients:
Eggs -6
Salt -1/2 tsp or to taste
Turmeric -1/4 tsp
Red Chili Powder -1 tsp
Pepper Powder -1 tsp
Garam masala – 1/2 tsp
Dhania (Coriander Powder) – 1/2 tsp
Green Chilies – 2 (chopped fine) 3 whole
Curry leaves – 2 sprigs whole, 1 sprig chopped
Coriander chopped – 1 tbsp
Garlic-3 cloves(chopped)
Oil to fry
Instructions:
1.Hard boil the eggs, cool, peel them.
2. Heat oil in a pan and saute the garlic,the curry leaves and green chilies.
3.Add the eggs,salt,tumeric,chili powder,pepper powder,dhania,and garam masala. Stir till the spices(masala) is evenly spread across the eggs.
4.Fry till the texture of the eggs feels a little hard(about 10 min).
