Kela(Plantain) Aloo Tikki

Ingredients:
Raw Banana(Plantain)-3
Potatoes-3
Onions-1
Ginger-1 tsp (grated)
Coriander-1 tsp
Garam Masala-1 tsp
Green Chili- 2
Salt-1/2 tsp or to taste
Bread Crumbs-1/4 cup
Oil-3 tbsp
Besan-3 tbsp

Instructions:
1.Boil or pressure cook the plantains and potatoes.About 10 mins should do it( If you don’t have a pressure cooker boil for 10-15 mins and grate).
2.Peel and mash them.
3.Add ginger,onions,green chili,coriander,garam masala,salt,bread crumbs,and besan to the plantain/potato mix .
4.Divide the mix into small balls and press them down to make tikkis(circular discs).
5.Heat oil in a pan and add the tikkis.
6.Fry till golden brown,turn to the other side and repeat.
7.Tasty Kele tikkis are now ready. Serve with chutney or sauce.
